Earl, I just read your post and thought I'd offer some food for thought. What if you simplified it and focused on what the administrators want... something like "Readers Revolution Strategy Session" or "Rocking Readers Strategy Session" or "Motivated Reader Revolution"? (P.s. Sounds like something they'd likely pay for...)

I call it a Discovery Session. We 'discover' whether or not we are right for each other, and if so, we then 'discover' which package or program is the right one.
I use this in 2 businesses: my massage therapy practice
and my marketing system for holistic practitioners.

I have tried working with several titles and am leaning toward " Breakthrough School Wide Motivational Reading Program Strategy Session": My nich is school administrators, Media Specialist (librarians) and teachers who are struggling with motivating students to read for pleasure.

I'm using a different strategy -

My groups are "by invitation only" so this gives additional perceived value to the program. The application consists of a written online questionnaire, followed by a telephone interview. If it seems like a good fit, the person applying is invited for a minimum of 3 months at an introductory rate.

Since this is brand new - I'll have to let you know how it works out.

Oh and I either say it's complimentary or no cost. I'm not sure how else to explain that they don't have to pay for it. But if anyone has a better way of saying it then I am open to suggestions :)
