She has been featured as a keynote speaker and in local TV and print media as an expert on leadership development, management skills, professional development, the value of coaching and the coaching profession. She is the author and publisher of The Success Forum, a monthly e-newsletter.
Coach Training/Education
Andrea is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach by the Coaches Training Institute, an Associate Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation, and a Certified Teleclass Leader. For continuing education and enrichment, she has attended workshops and seminars by many coaching and professional development organizations. Andrea is an active member of the ICF and her local ICF chapter, as well as other national coaching associations.
Andrea has a B.A. degree in economics from Tufts University.
Coaching Experience
Andrea launched her full-time coaching business in November 2003. In addition to her role as a Coach & Grow R.I.C.H. Associate Coach, Andrea is President and Founder of Bond Street Coaching, LLC.
Professional Experience
Andrea is an entrepreneurship enthusiast and has coached many aspiring entrepreneurs on start-up strategies and accomplished business owners on taking their businesses to the next level. She currently serves on the Entrepreneurs Committee of the Financial Women’s Association of New York.
Prior to starting her coaching business, Andrea worked in the financial services industry for 18 years. She has a unique appreciation of the benefits and pitfalls of a fast-track career and first-hand perspective of creating a balanced life while running on the corporate treadmill. Most recently, she was a director and credit officer at a major international bank with responsibility for managing a team of professionals and a substantial portfolio of credit and capital markets risk exposure.
Personal Informatoin
Andrea enjoys hiking, biking, traveling, shopping at Greenmarkets and solving crossword puzzles. She is a spouse, caregiver, music-lover and self-improvement junkie.
Andrea has a passion for community service and serves as an active fundraiser, volunteer, board member and committee member for several non-profit organizations including the National Multiple Sclerosis Society (Long Island Chapter) and several faith-based organizations in NY and Massachusetts. In 2005, she was honored by the National Multiple Sclerosis Society (Long Island Chapter) as a member of the Class of 2005 for making a difference in the community. In 2006 and 2007 Andrea participated in the MS150 Twin Forks Bike Tour, Long Island’s only two-day bike ride for charity.
