Eileen is the Founder and President of Successful Solopreneur Coaching & Consulting, based in New York.
Since 2004, Eileen has been an Associate Coach and Instructor for Coach & Grow R.I.C.H. She is passionate about working with coaches to create a strong foundation for a successful practice.
Coach Training/Education
Eileen is a Graduate of Coach U and received her advanced training from the Graduate School of Coaching. She has taken additional coursework in CoachVille’s School of Small Business Development and Mentor Coach Training Program.
Eileen received her Ph.D. in Interpersonal Communication from Bowling Green State University. She has a Masters Degree in Interpersonal & Public Communication from Central Michigan University and a B.A. in Speech Communication & Public Address from St. John’s University.
Eileen is a member of the International Coach Federation, the International Association of Coaches, CoachVille and the Creativity Coaching Association. She also serves on the Executive Committee of the Business Growth Solutions Licensure Program that was established by Coach & Grow R.I.C.H. Founder, Michael Charest.
Coaching Experience
Eileen launched her full-time coaching practice in May 2003. She specializes in working with self-employed professionals who are committed to building a successful business that fully expresses their talent and creativity and enriches their life.
Professional Experience
Prior to becoming a coach, Eileen spent 16 years as the executive director of a seven-figure solo practice in the health care sector. During that time, she acquired extensive experience in all aspects of professional practice design, development, and management.
In addition, she was the owner of Presentations Gifts—a business specializing in corporate gifts, custom designs, and promotional items for small business owners. She also developed and taught a wide variety of courses in Interpersonal Communication, Group Dynamics, Business Communication and Public Speaking while on the faculty at St. John’s University and the University of Bridgeport.
Personal Information
Eileen lives just outside the New York City area in Bayside. She enjoys cooking, entertaining and crafts, and is an avid collector of artwork and antiques. She is also a huge fan of Major League Baseball.
