Happy New Year! Wanted to reach out and thank you for being part of my community and wish you an abundance of good health and happiness in the new year. (holiday card below :)

And if the past year wasn’t quite what you had hoped for, this is an opportunity to start fresh and get excited for an awesome new year!

Here are some of my favorite ways to welcome in the new year and lay the foundation to manifest what you truly desire in the new year and beyond.

#1 – Year in Review

Maya Angelou wisely said “If you don’t know where you’ve come from, you don’t know where you’re going.”

That’s why it’s so smart to spend time reviewing the past year BEFORE planning for the new.

#2 – Gratitude

This is the SECRET SAUCE! Prior to doing any type of visioning or goal-setting it’s key to go into in a positive, elevated, best foot forward state.

Think about it – would you rather be setting your future intentions when you are feeling bummed out and unhappy, or when you are feeling positive, energetic and vibrating at a high level?

So, one of the fastest and easiest ways to get into that high vibration energy is with gratitude.

In just 60 seconds you can up-level your Gratitude Attitude by verbalizing things you are grateful for.

#3 – Theme / Word of the Year

It’s so powerful when you have an inspiring word or theme to serve as a guide post during the year. Have you identified your word or theme for the year yet?

#4 – Vision Board

Creating a Vision Board is one of the most fun and inspiring ways to kick-off the new year!

#5 – Intention/Goal-Setting (One Year + Long Term)

If you haven’t already, now is the time to identify your annual goals and intentions, making sure they are aligned with your long-term goals and dreams.

#6 – Planning

After you identify your vision and goals for the year, be sure to map out your game plan to achieve them!

“A goal without a plan is just a wish.” ― Antoine de Saint-Exupéry

#7 – Inspired Action

Start taking inspired action today and begin making 2022 your best year yet!

I also wanted to give you this virtual version of the holiday card my husband and I sent out this year…

“Happy Holidays! We hope you are doing well after another crazy year. One of the many things we’re grateful for was being able to do a 2 week, 240 mile, white water rafting trip down the Colorado River in the Grand Canyon… a bucket list trip with friends to celebrate Adam’s 60th. Here’s to your good health and happiness in the new yeaer!”
