This was my 4th year celebrating the High Holy Days with my Jewish husband Adam and going to services at the vibrant synagogue in Oakland we belong to.
I have to say, I’ve become a big fan of embracing some New Year Energy at this time of year.
I find it very invigorating and so valuable for refocusing, prioritizing and planning ahead.
Do you also take on some New Year Energy in September/October- regardless of your religious affiliations?
